Turki Ibrahim Alshathri
Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Turki Ibrahim Alshathri is the founder and managing partner of Turki Ibrahim Alshathri Law Firm and Legal Consultancy. He possesses over fifteen years of legal and Sharia experience, during which he has handled a wide range of specialized cases related to inheritance, real estate disputes, usufruct rights, and real estate development, including the liquidation of real estate investments. Dr. Faisal Alfawzan possesses over 12 years of legal experience, during which he has provided specialized legal consultations to governmental and private entities and contributed to the drafting and development of regulations and legislation in various strategic sectors. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Leeds, UK, with his dissertation focusing on “Restructuring Distressed Companies in the Saudi Bankruptcy System: A Critical Comparative Study with American and English Law.” Dr. Faisal also holds a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Southampton and a Master of Laws in Islamic Jurisprudence from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary.

Mohammed Mubarak Alasiri

Engineer Mohammed Alasiri has over 23 years of experience in managing major engineering projects, during which he held leadership positions
in a number of strategic projects such as the King Abdullah Financial District, the Science and Technology Museum, and a number of commercial towers
and residential centers. He participated in the establishment of the Public Investment Fund’s subsidiary, CAFED, and was part of the team supervising
the design and implementation of projects worth hundreds of millions of riyals. He also directly supervised
contractors’ and consultants’ contracts, managing contract amendments, and handling change orders in accordance with project
and owner requirements. He previously worked with the Public Pension Agency, where he was responsible for the implementation and management of sensitive projects, including asset transfers
and coordination between government agencies, in addition to leading multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
